HVAC DUCTING

Ducts are used in HVAC systems to supply conditioned air, return airflow, and exhaust air. They act as the medium for air distribution, ensuring acceptable indoor air quality and thermal comfort. Ducts are fabricated in accordance with DW143/144 and SMACNA standards, meeting updated specifications and client requirements

Rectangular Duct

Rectangular GI ducts are manufactured to meet stringent HVAC and industrial quality standards. Fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets of lock-forming quality, ductwork complies with DW143/144 and SMACNA standards. We offer TDF and TDC transverse joint systems, fully conforming to latest specifications and client requirements.

Spiral Duct

Spiral ducts are manufactured from high-quality GI sheets sourced from leading steel manufacturers, ensuring superior rigidity and durability. With an attractive appearance, they are often specified by architects for their aesthetic appeal. Spiral ducts can blend in or stand out within interiors and are available in diameters ranging from 100 mm to 1600 mm.

Fire Rated Duct

Fire-rated ductwork prevents the spread of fire and heat through HVAC systems. Type A ducts withstand external fire exposure up to 1000 °C, maintaining integrity and insulation. Type B ducts resist internal fire and hot gases under airflow and negative pressure. Performance is verified using up to 80 thermocouples, ensuring full fire safety compliance.

Stainless Steel Duct

Stainless steel ducts are ideal for businesses and large manufacturing facilities requiring specialized solutions for high-volume industrial applications. They are recommended for their superior strength, rigidity, and durability. SS ductwork is fabricated using high-quality stainless-steel sheets, available in Grade 304 and Grade 316, to suit demanding operational environments.

Pre-Insulated Duct

Pre-insulated duct panels feature closed-cell PIR insulation with embossed aluminum foil on both sides. Coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy, these fireproof panels deliver excellent thermal and fire performance. Widely used in HVAC systems, panels are available in thicknesses from 10 mm to 40 mm with 60- or 80-micron foil options.
